The LEAN team uses the TPS (Toyota Production System) concepts working on the elimination of the three M's (MURI - overload, MURA - unbalance and MUDA - non-value added activities) with the main objective of doing more with less.

It can also be named PERC Genba ('shop floor' in Japanese), a tribute to our original team composed of former Toyotas Japanese experts, birthplace of the Lean Manufacturing practice. This solution generates significant results while promoting cultural changes that lead to cost elimination.
